The house was rescued from neglect in 2015 and carefully restored, and it now combines period character with a light, modern feel. It is easy to reach by the A65 and A59, and guests can even arrive on the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway.
Ceremonies can be held indoors or outside in the pavilion, and the venue seats up to 87 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast. The function rooms are bright and look out over the gardens and terraces, which offer views across the Dales and plenty of spots for relaxed photographs. With 16 boutique bedrooms, including the Rafters Suite for the newlyweds, many of your guests can stay on site and make the most of the evening.
The evening guest list can grow to around 150, so friends who could not join the daytime celebration can still be part of the party.
