Our Evening DJ package covers five hours, and where your venue’s licence allows, you can keep the party going after midnight in half-hour blocks up to 2am.
Planning a Wedding Party at Bashall Barn
Out at Bashall Town, a few minutes from Clitheroe, Bashall Barn is a restored 16th-century barn surrounded by the brooks and fells of Lancashire’s Ribble Valley. It is offered on an exclusive-use basis, and the setting does a lot of the work for you: terraces with fire pits look out over the valley and Bashall Brook, and there is no shortage of rural backdrops for big group photographs.
The day here is built around a series of reveals. Ceremonies take place in the light-filled Brook Room with its bifold doors and adjoining balcony, or outside beneath an oak pergola at the water’s edge. Guests then move on to a separate dining room for the wedding breakfast, with around 130 seated and menus cooked from scratch by the on-site team. Finally, the party room opens with its own bar and dancefloor, holding around 250 once evening guests arrive. Newer guest accommodation adds 11 bedrooms sleeping up to 32, including bridal and honeymoon suites.
Your Evening Party at Bashall Barn
Because the evening has a dedicated space, there is no awkward wait while tables are cleared. We set up in the party room while you are still at dinner, so when the doors open the dancefloor is lit and ready. Our all-white DJ booth and uplighting complement the barn’s natural timber and stone, and we keep the early part of the night relaxed for anyone gathered round the fire pits before building towards the big floor-fillers. Cold spark fountains for a first dance are discussed with the venue team in advance.
Bashall Barn lists a staffed bar until 12.30am and a 1am close, and we plan your music to finish on a high just before that. We also confirm sound levels and access times with the venue beforehand.
