Hidden River Barn is tucked away beside the River Lyne near Longtown, north of Carlisle and only a short drive from the Scottish border. The barn forms the heart of the Hidden River Cabins site, so your wedding comes with a whole riverside village of log cabins, some with their own hot tubs, plus a handful of listed properties. Altogether there are 58 bedrooms sleeping up to 116 people, which means most of your guest list can stay on site and the celebration easily stretches into a full weekend.
The venue is offered on an exclusive-use basis and can welcome up to 250 guests for both the day and the evening, making it one of the larger barn options in the far north west. The barn is laid out for both the ceremony and the wedding breakfast, and an in-house kitchen team and wedding coordinators look after the running of the day, leaving you free to enjoy it.

With room for 250 in the evening, this is a venue built for a big, busy dancefloor.
